A huge thank you for your support and an even bigger THANK YOU for your patience! Production took longer than we ever could have imagined, but we have great news, BOXIE IS SHIPPING! We've picked up everything from our suppliers and have spent the entire weekend packing and shipping orders. Many of you should start seeing packages arriving soon! (Woot woot)

Hi everyone,
We just wanted to share a quick update. We apologize for not communicating better, it’s been a crazy summer. We originally planned to ship end of June/beginning of July but the production process has ended up being much longer than we ever anticipated. It’s our goal to have everything in hand within the next 2-3 weeks. The final artwork and proofs have all been approved with our manufactures. The rest is up to them. They are currently quoting us 10-15 days for production. We appreciate your patience and promise to ship as soon as possible. Everything is turning out better than we could have ever hoped and promise it will be worth the wait! Hope everyone is having a great summer. Thank you!

Hi Everyone!
Sharing an update, we were scheduled to go into full production through the entire month of May. As things progressed we made the decision to switch to a new supplier as the previous was not meeting our quality expectation and standard. It was a bit of a scramble to switch to a new supplier that could match our current pricing while still producing in a timely matter and set things back just a bit, BUT! Boxie is now officially in production and will be available to ship by the end of the month!
However, as mentioned, the new factory's pricing is different than what we had anticipated, and we've made the tough decision to eliminate both the Hexagon flat bed and the A-Frame tunnel shapes for now. We sincerely apologize to the 10% of you this will affect. If this is you, we will be contacting you directly in the next week or so with options to update your order.
Thank you again for all of your support and understanding. We'll update everyone again shortly when we begin to ship and each of you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
We are thrilled it's finally happening and cannot wait to ship each of you your rewards. Thanks!

You’ll soon be receiving an email from us with a special link to your survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. This email will be coming from a survey company called BackerKit FYI.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://boxie-pet-homes.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://boxie-pet-homes.backerkit.com/faq.
